Absolutely amazing staff! Exceptional service and support during a difficult time. Clean premises with a beautiful garden and Bali huts. Excellent value for money. Convenient location near shops and cafes. Kitchen facilities were a bonus. Great area for relaxation. Would love to return.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, which was great when we had a bit of a medical emergency on New Year's Eve. They also kept our reservation for us, even though we had to go to another location for a bit. The outdoor space was also very nice with a lovely garden, and we really enjoyed having kitchen facilities to cook our own meals. it was conveniently located close to shops and cafes, which made it easy to go out and explore.
Our room was just a bit too small for our liking and we felt a bit cramped. We also wish that there had been more activities or things to do on New Year's Eve, as it ended up being a bit boring.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us when my husband had an accident and even kept our reservation open when we had to go to another location for medical appointments. the premises were clean and well-maintained with lovely garden areas. We also appreciated the great value for money, as well as the included kitchen facilities. the location was convenient, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby, making it a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I had an exceptional stay with friendly staff who helped me throughout my visit. This hotel provided clean rooms, a convenient location close to shops and cafes, and a delicious breakfast. The hotel facilities were outstanding, as the outdoor spaces were beautiful with a lovely garden and seating areas. On top of that, the staff were always welcoming and accommodating to my needs.
Couldn't fault anything during my stay.

The location of this hotel was fantastic with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. the staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to help in any way possible. the premises were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of outdoor space and great kitchen facilities to boot. I enjoyed a lovely area for relaxation and can't wait to return.
The hotel did not include breakfast, which is a bit of a bummer.
